L&#8217;activit\u00e9 corporelle mod\u00e9r\u00e9e pr\u00e9vient aussi le stress oxydatif. Le sport favorise la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, augmente le sentiment de bien-\u00eatre, r\u00e9gule le stress et favorise la circulation, le m\u00e9tabolisme et l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre hormonal. L&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique a par cons\u00e9quent aussi une r\u00e9percussion positive sur la production de sperme. Lorsque l&#8217;on d\u00e9sire un enfant, il faudrait donc pratiquer un sport r\u00e9gulier. L&#8217;organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) recommande aux adultes 150 minutes de sport mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et 75 minutes de musculation par semaine. Ces donn\u00e9es ne tiennent toutefois pas compte que des activit\u00e9s sportives \u00e0 proprement parler. Le travail m\u00e9nager fatigant, passage de l&#8217;aspirateur, nettoyage des fen\u00eatres ou de la voiture s&#8217;inscrit selon l&#8217;OMS aussi sur le compteur de l&#8217;exercice. S&#8217;il n&#8217;est toutefois pas suffisant de pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 mais de l&#8217;am\u00e9liorer, il faut doubler le temps par semaine. Lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit du planning familial, il est donc int\u00e9ressant de controller son propre plan fitness. Il est recommand\u00e9, en dehors de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, de pratiquer un entra\u00eenement cibl\u00e9 de la musculature du plancher pelvien. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 que se trouve la musculature ischio-crurale, aussi connue sous le nom de musculature de la puissance sexuelle.
