Il est donc d&#8217;autant plus important de conna\u00eetre ses propres limites et de les respecter \u2013 et de d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies pour r\u00e9duire les exigences et les maintenir \u00e0 un niveau bas. Il est judicieux \u00e0 ce titre de calculer la quantit\u00e9 de charge dans la profession et les loisirs et de la r\u00e9duire par une gestion cibl\u00e9e du stress.
