Ci\u00f2 influenza spesso la fertilit\u00e0 degli uomini. Un&#8217;alimentazione equilibrata \u00e8 caratterizzata da carboidrati, proteine e grassi nonch\u00e9 numerosi micronutrienti che vengono assunti con gli alimenti o prodotti dal corpo, come la vitamina D. Chi desidera mangiare sano, sceglie la dieta mediterranea caratterizzata da molta frutta e verdure, pesce, oli e cereali ricchi di fibre. Si dovrebbero evitare i piatti pronti poich\u00e9 spesso contengono additivi artificiali come gli esaltatori di sapidit\u00e0 e nascondono zuccheri e grassi. Un&#8217;alimentazione sana \u00e8 un requisito importante per un buon metabolismo e quindi anche per una normale produzione di spermatozoi. Tuttavia, come mostra uno studio del \u00abBritish Journal of Nutrition\u00bb, una gran parte degli europei \u00e8 interessata da carenza di micronutrienti. Spesso mancano vitamina B, zinco, selenio e vitamina C. Proprio questi oligoelementi sono importanti per una buona qualit\u00e0 degli spermatozoi. Se si manifestano disturbi quali frequenti mal di testa, forte stanchezza e carenza di energia, occorre chiarire con il medico se si tratta di deficit e in tal caso di quale tipo. Per prevenire una carenza, si consigliano le seguenti fonti di nutrienti soprattutto in caso di insuccesso nel concepimento: <strong>Selenio \u2013 favorisce una normale produzione di spermatozoi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frutta secca<\/li>\n<li>Funghi<\/li>\n<li>Legumi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vitamina B \u2013 favorisce un normale metabolismo dell&#8217;omocisteina:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pesce<\/li>\n<li>Uova<\/li>\n<li>Latte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vitamina C \u2013 favorisce la protezione delle cellule dallo stress ossidativo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spinaci<\/li>\n<li>Peperoni rossi<\/li>\n<li>Broccoli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zinco \u2013 favorisce una normale fertilit\u00e0 e una normale riproduzione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ostriche<\/li>\n<li>Semi di zucca<\/li>\n<li>Semi di lino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oltre a un\u2019alimentazione equilibrata, <a href=\"https:\/\/proxeed.ch\/it\/proxeedplus\/\">Proxeed<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>Plus<\/a> fornisce agli uomini una quantit\u00e0 adeguata di micronutrienti.
