Stress, sovraccarico psichico e attivit\u00e0 fisica eccessiva possono tuttavia esaurire le forze interiori, stravolgere l&#8217;equilibrio dei livelli ormonali e ridurre la fertilit\u00e0 naturale. Da un lato il metabolismo pu\u00f2 essere scombussolato e l&#8217;irrorazione sanguigna degli organi sessuali compromessa.Dall&#8217;altro ormoni specifici come la leptina, in caso di carico eccessivo, modificano il ciclo fino a causare infertilit\u00e0.
